We are a small team of artists and craftspeople who believe in the importance of quality without a cost to the environment, without exploitation or workers and a back to basics hand crafted approach... all the while making sure everything we create is utterly yummy!

ecoyummy was launched in 2010 by me, Giselle Burns. Working from my studio in Snowdonia National Park, I create all sorts of yummy products and found an increasing interest from friends, friends of friends and soon friends of friends of friends in my work sparked the whole idea! They expressed an interest in buying locally, buying British - supporting our local craftspeople and economy during the economic downturn. Of keeping postage costs down - both financially and environmentally, while making certain they received high quality gorgeous things!

So now we have a growing website offering lots of yummy things by local people:)
